We have offered appraisal services prior to the inception of state licensing which occurred in 1989. So needless to say experience is something we have. We specialize in residential appraisals and provide appraisal services in estate, commercial, and land appraisals. Some of these appraisals are for lenders and others just want to know the value at that time. We work with attorneys for estate settlements, divorces, and litigation matters. We have been qualified as an expert witness in area courts. Sometimes personal property needs a value, this can be for insurance purposes, estate settlements, or the division of property.
